Join us and start the morning by exploring Wiltshire's beautiful winter countryside on a guided walk. At a time of year where life can often feel busy and chaotic - this is a chance to slow down and connect with nature and others.
We’ll then do some gentle yoga and breathwork to restore and regulate the nervous system - the practice will be accessible for everyone including those new to yoga.
We’ll end the morning with a range of delicious hot drinks, cakes and an opportunity to connect and chat further with others.
