I’m Lottie and I’m a yoga teacher based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. I’m also a mum of three energetic young children who are a big part of my life.

My teaching approach is playful and inclusive - rooted in a deep appreciation for functional, evidence-based movement and conscious breath work that supports our everyday life and the moments that matter most.

My journey with yoga began long before I stepped into teacher training. During my time in London, whilst working in a busy corporate role, I found yoga totally transformed me physically, mentally and emotionally - and from there I never looked back. Yoga soon became a way of life for me and I went on to complete my first teacher training with the incredible Sally Parkes in 2016.

From here, I taught for a number of years in central Bristol and went on to complete a range of further specialist teacher training qualifications including pregnancy, post natal and adult and baby yoga.

I enjoy most forms of movement and find joy from being outdoors, spending time with my family & friends and going on long countryside walks.

I’m also currently training in reflexology, deepening my love for holistic & nervous-system supportive ways of life, and will soon offer clinics in this area.

If you have any questions about my classes at all please get in touch. They are super friendly, you won’t be the only person new to yoga and you don’t “need to be flexible enough” to start - let’s normalise tightness and support everyone to find their own unique balance between strength & flexibility.

I’d love to hear from you.
